I am currently accepting adult and child clients for psychotherapy services via telehealth. Please see below the various services I offer and whether you may be a fit for this approach.
Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy
I see children and adolescents in individual psychotherapy to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, behavioral issues, and school issues. I also involve the child’s caregivers with parent sessions approximately once monthly to discuss ways to implement various parenting techniques and to provide regular communication about the progress of treatment.
Adult Individual Psychotherapy
Adult clients who are a general fit with me are those who are committed to an open-ended, depth-oriented approach to psychotherapy seeking to unearth longstanding patterns with roots in childhood. They are also generally dealing with life transitions, work/school anxiety, depressive symptoms, and relationship issues.
Parenting-Oriented Psychotherapy
I welcome parents with children of any age to consider working with me for parenting-focused psychotherapy. This service is still in the format of weekly psychotherapy, but focused on parenting issues, parenting techniques, co-parenting, and the client’s own childhood experiences that may impact parenting styles.
Parent Support Groups
For those seeking a focused environment to process parenting struggles, I hold parent support groups in the style of process groups. This means we may begin each session with a shared topic, but it is generally an open-ended space for parents to share in a community, foster relationships with other parents, and discuss parenting struggle areas together. I currently hold virtual groups for parents of children with neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, developmental or other learning disorders). In addition to receiving support from other parents, I also integrate some psychoeducation with my expertise in child/adolescent psychology. If interested, please contact me for the next available group and pricing.

What is the process for psychological assessment?
Psychological assessment is a short-term service where the aim is to provide a diagnosis and recommendations. It involves an intake and a two-day testing process where the client attends in-person sessions to complete a battery of measures assessing IQ, attentional functioning, executive functioning, and social or personality functioning. The results of these measures are provided in a comprehensive report for the client to keep, as well as a feedback session discussing the results and recommendations for the client. Generally speaking, this service lasts about a month from beginning to end.
